How do payments work?
All payments after deposit will be monthly payments through Honeybook. Booth spaces are assigned based on receipt of deposit and space availability. Deposits & No-shows are non-refundable. After sign up, you will receive an agreement from HoneyBook to sign and pay within 36 hours from info@thegrandstrandbridalexpo.com.
Do exhibitors get any comp tickets?
Each exhibitor receives 2 free tickets! Be on the lookout for an email about how to redeem these!
How many people can I have at my booth?
Single booth: 2 Lanyards provided
Double booth: 4 Lanyards provided
Quad booth: 6 Lanyards provided
If you need more, purchase extra lanyards here!
How is the event marketed each year?
We promote the event on Eventbrite, run a full-page ad in Grand Strand Magazine, and feature the expo on five local billboards leading up to the big day. Our team hand-delivers flyers to local businesses, and we run targeted, geofenced social media ads to reach engaged couples in the area. In addition, our show producers appear on WMBF News for an on-air segment to spotlight and promote the event.
Can I get electricity?
Electrical Service is supplied by the MBCC. Please order electric and pay through the Direct Link https://myrtlebeachconventioncenter.myshopify.com/
You will only qualify for the pre-order rate if you purchase your electric 10 days prior to the Exhibitor Move In date.
What’s Included in my booth?
The expo provides black draping to separate booths. If you would like a 6ft table please will out this form!

What time can I arrive load in day?
12PM - 3PM

What is the exhibitor schedule on show day?
Note: No vehicle drive-in is permitted on show day before the show.

9:00 AM – Convention hall opens for exhibitor setup
9:30–11:30 AM – Coffee & pastries for exhibitors (Provided by Carolina Limo)
11:45 AM – Main Stage: Exhibitor announcements & housekeeping (all exhibitors attend)
12:00 PM – Exhibitor networking around the room (bring extra business cards)
12:50 PM – Exhibitors return to booths
1:00 PM – Doors open to attendees
3:45 PM – Fashion Show (Main Stage)
4:45 PM – Main Stage: Cash Giveaway, Best Booth Award, Late Night Party
5:05–7:00 PM – Exhibitor booth teardown
